Snack I prefer the higher end cookies but they are usually expensive so I get Ovaltine biscuits sometimes. They are okay ,but to me they only have a faint trace of the taste they used to have.
They are a lot smaller than I remember too.

Interesting food

So when I was on vacation I got to try this beef known as black roast at a buffet.




I thought that black meant the meat was black but it was just the sauce that made it look black but it tasted so good anyway.

The other dishes offered were interesting too.



I picked the food so the the combinations seem a bit weird at times but still were so good.











I also took pics of other people's food too.








The seafood was really fresh and well seasoned without the fishy smell.

Gingerbread


I don't drink gingerbeer at Christmas time, but I was in the mood for the taste of ginger. I couldn't find ginger cookies in the stores but then this came.




It looked too cool to eat, but it was broken in pieces.

Christmas drinks

The drinks are all ready. The sorrel looks different somehow, darker than usual. However, that makes the drink look even darker, which to me is a good thing. The liquid looks darker and richer too than other sorrel drinks.












There was more than enough sorrel to make liqueur too.


Some of the ginger looks a little different too, more worm like.
